FACTORY MANAGER
Steve Lutze:
Steve manages a staff of at present, ten factory hands. He also
co-ordinates with our sub-contractor kitchen installers & the designers. He is responsible for scheduling jobs and overseeing the manufacturing process, ordering all the various components for manufacture and he enters the specifications for each custom designed kitchen into a computer programme that links to the
machine used to cut out each job.
Steve recently travelled to AWISA (Australia’s international exhibition of machinery, materials, fittings & services for the woodworking and furniture industries) in Sydney which was a fantastic experience and keeps him up to date with the latest technology, hardware and accessories available for use in kitchen design and manufacturing.
Steve has been with Kitchens By Healey since the company started in 2003 and has worked with Peter in the industry for many years. Steve has 20 years experience in the kitchen industry except for a short 3 year stint working at Tui Milk Products.
INSTALLERS
We have 1 installer on staff and 3 contract installers. As our installers are ultimately responsible for how the end product is presented to the client they have very high standards of workmanship and do an excellent job both representing the company and installing our product.
Craig Buckley
Craig has had many years experience in the joinery industry in a variety of roles including manufacturing and a factory manager position. He has worked for Kitchens By Healey since the company started in 2003, taking a short break to be involved in his own family business before coming back on board in 2010 as our resident installer.
Andrew Halliday – Manawatu
Andrew owns APH Kitchen Installations and is based in Levin. He is responsible for the installation of kitchens in the Manawatu and Central North Island, as far north as Taupo. He has been installing kitchens for us since early 2010 and has become well liked and respected by both our staff and our clients.
Donald Berry – Wellington
Donald installs the kitchens that we manufacture for the Jennian Franchises in the Lower North Island and also those kitchens we manufacture for freelance designers in Wellington. He provides further assistance by performing site measures for jobs in the Wellington region.
Brendan Anderson – Wairarapa
Brendan installs kitchens we manufacture for Jennian Homes Wairarapa and any private clients in this region, he also carries out site measures on these jobs.
